  • We encourage you to use the monthly posture sequence as your primary practice as a way to stay focused and on track to effectively unwind the body, creating space for breathwork and meditation to deepen your experience.
  • Each month is designed to be a continuation of the last that moves you forward in your practice as an ongoing path of personal development.
  • When you practice in this way you’ll be surprised how quickly you learn which posture comes next - the body loves to remember patterns.
  • Consistent practice will help you link your awareness to the mechanics of the body and consciously unwind holding patterns so that there is clarity and communication on all levels.
  • As you become familiar with the sequence your attention moves to the subtler aspects of your body in space, like the rhythm of your breath, your heart, and most importantly how you feel.
  • When you listen to your own inner guidance you are connecting to a reliable source of strength that generates confidence and trust in your self.

  • Our breathing techniques are designed to optimize your health and well-being by increasing your energy and focus, expanding the capacity of your lungs, rebalancing breathing patterns, and deepening relaxation.
  • You can pair a technique with your physical posture practice (classically at the end), before a meditation, before bed, or sitting anywhere that’s comfortable throughout your day.
  • Notice how you feel after each one of our breathing exercises. Each one yields a different sensation in the body and the mind.

  • Everyone has experienced a meditative quality of mind. The key is to recognize that quality, and learn how to consciously and reliably access the meditative state of mind at will.
